Across roles at Siemens, Cisco, and 1898 & Co., I have built and scaled multiple businesses from early-stage or near-zero baselines into tens of millions in annual revenue, including one platform that scaled beyond the $100M level, while growing and leading teams from small, specialized groups into enterprise-scale organizations.

This growth was achieved across highly regulated, infrastructure-heavy environments, requiring close alignment between technology, operations, commercial strategy, and executive accountability. This pattern — standing up new capabilities, scaling revenue, building teams, and institutionalizing operations — has repeated across multiple enterprises and market cycles.
