I walk into high-stakes, complex environments — inside infrastructure operators, industrial enterprises, and engineering-led organizations — and build capabilities that didn't exist, scale them past the point where they run themselves, and make them commercially and operationally relevant at the board level.
The domain has been security, operational risk, and critical infrastructure. The actual work has always been the same: build the thing, grow the thing, make it matter at scale.
I know the blueprint. I've earned it. And I'm ready to implement it at a scale the industry will actually feel.
What I'm looking for: Managing Director, VP or General Manager mandate with real build and grow accountability — commercial ownership, P&L responsibility, and the authority to create something, scale something, or turn something around at enterprise scale.
Target sectors: Infrastructure, energy, industrial, defense, manufacturing, healthcare, financial, advisory.
Not a maintenance job. Not a governance seat. The hard thing that actually moves the needle.
This includes VP Business Development, VP Commercial Operations, and Field CISO mandates where the expectation is building, not just governing.
